
Rachel obtained a Bachelors degree in Public Administration as well as a secondary college degree in Business Management. In addition to required coursework, Rachel also successfully completed numerous courses in subjects such as psychology, marriage family therapy, social anthropology as well as successfully passed the graduate exam (GRE).

Rachel received her coaching certification from the Health Coach Institute which is a CCE accredited program by the International Coach Federation (ICF). To receive this certification students must complete over six months of educational coursework, training, lab work, testing, and take a minimum of two coaching clients through three month coaching program.

Rachel received her Fitness Trainer certification through the International Sports Association (ISSA) which is the first and only federally accredited sports fitness and exercise program. To receive this certification students must complete extensive training, and complete modules, assignments, testing, and final examinations as well as become CPR/AED/FIRST AID certified. Rachel holds additional specialist certifications as an Exercise Therapy Specialist enabling her to work with clients who are handicapped, disabled, in recovery, or dealing with other chronic or specialized health conditions that may require tailored and optimized training plans for their health and fitness needs.

Rachel received her accredited colon hydrotherapy training from the Las Vegas Colon Hydro Therapy School & Clinic and became certified through the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy. To receive this certification students must complete over 100 hours of onsite accredited education and hands on training pertaining to Anatomy & Physiology, as well as safe and effective use of Class 2 medical grade equipment. Students must also complete over 60 hours of accredited formal education and testing in Anatomy & Physiology course(s) which greatly enhances the knowledge of body mechanics, the alimentary tract and digestive processes.

Rachel received her CPR training and 2 year certification through the National CPR Foundation.

Rachel is a veteran of the United States Army, and served as a communication specialist as a 31 Romeo with security clearance. Rachel was stationed overseas in Germany as well as deployed to Kuwait and Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
